Happy Canada day / Issue 16
July 2025: I would not trade being Canadian for anything. This latest newsletter is another snapshot of our continued work with great Canadians, athletes and coaches. It also features some new friends from foreign lands. All are welcome at our place.
10,000 hours of training / Issue 15
April 2025: We finished year one under our new strategy on March 31, 2025. We produced 34 training camps and development opportunities. 6 camps were executed in March alone. Over 10,000 hours of training were completed by hundreds of athletes. Thank you to all the athletes, coaches and parents who’ve enrolled in our strategy so far. There is a powerful energy coursing through the camps, across the sports, and in our hallways
2025 off to a big start / Issue 14
February 2025: we kicked off the new year with 13 camps and local programming activities. We hosted over 600 athletes at training days across 5 sports. More than 70 unique athletes have benefitted from 94 Forward’s support and just over 90 unique coaches passed through the office during 4 dedicated coach development sessions.
Happy Holidays / Issue 13
December 2024: Happy Holidays from team-94! We recently wrapped up a camp with Diving, and have another Triathlon camp starting before the new year. We worked directly with hundreds athletes and dozens of coaches in 2024. We are bringing athletes and coaches from across Canada to Victoria to train, improve, build connections and be inspired.

November 2024: Hello sports fans. We’re behind on an update but have lots of news and activities to report. From a great summer working with skateboard and another successful diving camp to launching several new local triathlon training programs and adding a recovery training block. Please enjoy the photos and stories full of smiley sweaty faces.
Celebrating our roots / issue 11
August 18, 2024 marked 30 years since Victoria, BC hosted the XV Commonwealth Games. 94 Forward was born from these games and without the over 10,000 volunteers, today’s legacy would not exist. A recognition ceremony was help at PISE to celebrate. READ TIMES COLONIST ARTICLE.

August 2024: Two large scale boxing camps marked the first international component of our new strategy. In total, July saw us host over 125 participants from 4 different sports.

July 2024: We steamed into May with 45 athletes in town from triathlon and skateboarding. Then it was June and we added signatures from 2 more Formidables to the wall.

May 2024: From hosting our 4 triathlon camp in 8 months to coach development camps with Swim BC. Training and qualification are front and centre as many athletes shoot for Paris.
